Tuning Box / Performance Module Isuzu D-Max from 2012, 3.0L Turbo Diesel  / Euro 5


For better performance and less fuel consumption.


This module is especially programmed for your vehicle type and tested with great care in every detail to achieve the most precise tuning.


The suitability of the motor tuning for the daily use and long distance driving combined with low fuel consumption and durability of the engine is equaly important to top performance.


This tuning system is based upon the injection duration and not the injection amount used in cheaper tuning boxes.
This is a big difference; with an extended duration of the fuel injection on the main injection nozzles only, a “healthy” performance tuning is achieved. The recalculation of the timing is in real time because of the use of the latest processor technology in this system.


Even vehicles with a particle filter can be tuned with this system to achieve significant increase in performance without damaging the particle filter.
The pre- and post-injection (the “cleaning injectors” for the particle filter) remain untouched. Thus the combustion temperature is much lower than with rally-pressure tuning.


What's the difference?


Generally about the performance upgrade:
the diesel engine basically works with leanness (excess air). This excess air is used and is added with more diesel. Thus more diesel is injected with every injection process. There are two different ways to do this:


a. through clean and gentle adjustment of the injection time


b. through across-the-board increase of the rail pressure/increase of the amount of fuel into the combustion chamber.


This is the real difference in both departments; development costs and the way it works.


The newer engines are so much more complex with diesel particle filter, cat etc. than a few years ago.


The newer engines require exact pilot-, main- and after injection for the cleaning of the particle filter.
The Pilot- and after injection mustn't be touched. But they will be touched with a simple increase of the rail pressure which results in much higher burning temperatures. This can cause damage to the pistons, valves, particle filter and turbo. The injectors are under more load too.



Our injector electronic is different;


It works with the increase of the injection time. The development and production cost many times more.


Only the main injection is increased; this is done by the use of the newest processor technology which enables the recalculation in real time. The pilot- and after injection which are used for the cleaning of the particle filter remain completely untouched. Thus the burning temperature stays many times under the temperature of the rail pressure tuning.


This performance tuning is absolutely controlled and “healthy!
Furthermore this system is characteristic and load based; it records different motor signals such as boost pressure, exhaust gas temperature or acceleration.


Advantages:


 - The performance tuning is controlled by increasing the main injection duration on each particular injection nozzle.
 - Pre- and post-injection as well as rail- and boost pressure aren’t touched.
 - Gentle motor tuning due to good combustion temperature; the temperature hardly rises compared to original.
 - Less fuel consumption -  at the same way of driving.
 - Less gear changes.
 - No overriding of the original software.
 - Removable and transferable to another vehicle of the same type.
 - Undetectable by the diagnostic tool.
 - The module box is waterproof.
 - Original plug connections are used, waterproof.

DIY fitting is possible but recommended is the fitting by a specialized workshop.
