Extreme Heavy Duty jumper leads/booster cables- 5m length

This set contains a Nakatanenga carry bag with carrying strap and roll closure. The jump leads set fits perfectly in this bag.

Please note the correct procedure to jump start (according to the VDI) 

• No car-body contact between the two vehicles.


• Ignition off on both vehicles, gear box in neutral or parking position, parking brake on.


• Do not disconnect the empty battery from the on-board power supply.


• Only connect batteries of the same rated voltage with the jump leads


• Red clamp on plus on the empty battery


• Red clamp on plus on the power giving full battery 


• Black clamp on negative terminal on the power giving full battery


• Black clamp as far as possible away from the empty battery on earth/ground, motorblock on the vehicle without power.


• Start the engine of the power giving vehicle and bring to midrange rev


• Start the engine on the vehicle without power


• Disconnect the black clamp from the motorblock of the vehicle that has just been jump started


• Disconnect the black clamp from the power giving battery


• the red clamps can then be removed in any order
