It's not very common to lower a Defender but the main reason for offering this product is to be able to use car parks and underground garages.
It's not possible with the standard height; even a standard prefabricated garage is too low.
You hardly notice the lowering, only if you have a closer look. With just a little smaller tires such as 265/75R16 the serial optic remains the same due to the increase of clearance in the wheel well. However the real highlight is the handling of the lowered Defender.
Without compromising the off-road quality, the Defender literally sticks to the road. The steering precision increases significantly because of less rolling motion of the body. With more powerful shocks such as the high performance shock absorber kit the Defender gains almost sports car character.
This spring set is also highly recommended for trailers. Due to the lower center of gravity the vehicle is steady and safe during cornering.

Please note that these springs are very sensitive to weight distribution. You may need to fit 1 or 2 silencers/spacers 10 mm for height adjustment.
