Each shock absorber comes with pre-mechanical rebound adjustment, allowing you to tweak the basic comfort setup individually when disassembled. So, for example, if you want a sportier ride, you can pre-set it before installation. And of course, you can always change the rebound damping later when disassembled, or even adjust the rear axle individually to suit your preferences.
