By eliminating the need for diesel additives, our preheater offers an economical and engine-friendly solution. Additionally, the ATG DIESEL-THERM Fuel Preheater contributes to reducing exhaust emissions, promoting a cleaner and greener environment. Installation is a breeze with our detailed instructions, and the preheater is suitable for diesel vehicles and engines of all kinds, including cars, SUVs, vans, trucks, buses, tractors, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, generators, and more. Designed with maintenance-free technology and manufactured in Germany, the ATG DIESEL-THERM Fuel Preheater provides a proven and reliable solution to combat cold weather challenges. The Problem: Diesel fuel freezes and biofuels gel at temperatures below freezing, resulting in clogged fuel filters. Paraffin crystals form, turning the fuel into a gel-like consistency. As these flakes pass through the filter, they obstruct its microporous surface, causing fuel flow to the injection system to cease. This leads to power loss and engine shutdown. To prevent fuel filter waxing, the only reliable solution is to supply warmth. Heat ensures smooth engine operation, preventing increased fuel consumption in winter. The Solution: Our fuel heater effectively prevents clogging of the filter pores even in extremely low temperatures. By employing a small heating system mounted in front of the filter, the ATG DIESEL-THERM rapidly warms the fuel. Within seconds, the energy-rich paraffin crystals dissolve, allowing the fuel to flow through the filter effortlessly. The ATG DIESEL-THERM fuel heater is available as 12 and 24 Volt model. Please choose the model below. Universal version DHS for rubber hose. The universal version DHS is installed in the fuel line (flexible rubber hose) with 08, 10 or 13 mm inside diameter (ID) in front of the filters entrance.
