4x4 outdoor tuning Online Shop:

You can order on our website or send us an email with your inquiry.
If you order on our website please follow these steps:

1. Choose a product and if there is an option "Please select" or "Please choose" then select your required option and click on "Add to Cart"   

2. A new window opens with your "Shopping Cart" Here you can check your order and either click on "Proceed to Checkout"
   or you can continue shopping by clicking on "continue shopping" which is at the bottom of the Cart and search
   for another product.

3. If you click on "Proceed to Checkout" you'll see a new window, here you can choose between: Checkout as a Guest or register.
    Please follow the steps and fill in the Details required in either of the both checkouts.
    Always click "continue" to go a step further.

4. Very IMPORTANT: If you come to step number 4. Shipping Method, please tick the circle as required and then click "continue"
   If you don't tick the little circle under shipping method you can't continue.
   This is to confirm that you understand that we will send you an email shortly with the delivery time and shipping cost.
   The postage varies significantly from state to state, and size of the parcel; this is why we calculate the postage individually.
   The order is not binding until the order has been paid.

5. You can then continue with the steps and at the end you can review your order.

6. If you are happy with your choice then please click "Place Order"

7. You will receive an automated confirmation email with your order details. This is not the confirmation with the payment details
    and postage cost

8. You will receive an email from us with the order details, delivery time and payment details.
    The text with the information will be above the order details.
    Here you will also find the total payable amount for bank transfer payment and a different amount for PayPal payment
    which is with the additional PayPal fees. You can also pay with Credit Card over the phone, a CC surcharge of 2.4 % applies. 

Please do NOT send us your credit card details via email or text message.

9. After you received our email with postage and delivery time you can decide whether you like to go ahead with this order and pay the total amount for the 
    payment option you chose, or you can send us an email or text to ask for cancellation of your order.

Should you have any questions or experience difficulties during the checkout, then please contact us.

Delivery Time:

Most parts have a delivery time of approx. 2-14 days on receipt of your payment depending on your location. 
Some parts are made to order and can take up to 3-6 weeks of payment being received.

Please ask if you have any questions.

Important note: Please do NOT send us your credit card details!

If you have any problems browsing our shop, or if you think the shop is too complicated or super good please let us know.

Prices are in Australian Dollars including 10% GST.
We reserve the right to change prices or description without any notice.

Refund Policy

We take great care to send you high quality products that last, however if you receive a faulty part or a part that doesn’t fit, then we want to know and take it back for an exchange or full refund.

You can return a faulty product within 90 days from the delivery date.

In order to protect all customers and ensure that all returns and exchanges are handled fairly, Dirk Groening 4x4 outdoor tuning may decline your return or exchange or reduce the refund in some cases such as:

• Products that were not bought directly from Dirk Groening 4x4 outdoor tuning
• Products that have been damaged when fitting
• Products that have been damaged on return due to insufficient packing
• Products that have been damaged due to incorrect fitting.
• Products that have been damaged due to incorrect use.

Return or Exchange

Do you need to make an exchange or return for a full refund then please call Dirk first at 0448886464 or email dirk@4x4outdoortuning.com.au before you send the product back.

Refund or Credit Note

It’s your choice! We will ask you if you prefer a full refund or a credit note in the value of the full refund for a future purchase if you haven’t told us already.
Either way we will send the refund or credit note on receipt and inspection of the returned part.

Please ensure sufficient packing if you have to send a part back to us. Thank you.
