CargoBear 2.0, the newest generation of roof racks with the same qualities as the first CargoBear roof rack yet leaner and 30% lighter than before.

The CargoBear 2.0 comes in new design. The heavy beams have been replaced by angled sheets for the sides and punched HIGRIP plates. This new design reaches almost the same structural strength as the first HD CargoBear. However, you won't notice a difference in performance because the CargoBear work load capacities are much higher than the capacity of your approved vehicle roof.

Exclusively made in Germany from Aluminium-Magnesium Alloy with high-end powder coated finish. The system can be taken apart completely and is endlessly flexible!

It is the flattest roof rack on the market with only 60 mm above standard vehicle roof height.

The beams are designed to work with the movement of the vehicle despite the high stability.

They are not stiff which prevents the gutter or roof to get damaged. 
This is a significant advantage compared to roof racks which seat on the gutter over the entire length.

The rack contains incorporated lashing rails to enable the fastening of the cargo wherever you need it. Please use double-studs only!

Whether you need a roof rack in full length for your Defender or only a short platform, the CargoBear 2.0  is an optimal reconcilable system. 

Should you buy a new Defender, no problem, you can use your CargoBear as it is or you can leave parts out or buy extensions. 

All parts of the racks are available as spare parts, also perfect for individual solutions!
