The Airline rail is currently undergoing an upgrade. The rail will be slightly rounded with grooves at the back for the excess adhesive. It is now also prepared for riveting.

To fit the airline mounting rail with adhesive only you need a strong adhesive such as SiKAFLEX 554 Caravan STP black or SIKA 252 and SIKA Activator-205.
Additionally the rail comes with pre-drilled holes for rivets if you want to rivet it on.
To get the best result, please follow the instructions.

The Universal Mounting Bracket developed by Offroad-Tec for the Grenadier is screwed above the rain gutter to the 3 lower attachment screws of the railing (grab handles). Due to the multiple bends, a mounting plane is created below the rain gutter that is compatible with the lower airline rail (utensil rail). This allows heavy loads to be mounted on the side of the Grenadier.
