This shock absorber kit is a Defender suspension system of highest quality. It is based upon the Rally Raid Defender “Superproduction” suspension and was developed for the ambitious driver who expects best performance in any application field. Silencer for height adjustment on the P38 / Salisbury rear axle Land Rover Defender 110, 130

This Silencer can be used on the rear axle. It's the optimal solution for height adjustment.
The silencer is 10 mm and made of galvanized steel with coil spring centering and rubber.
The rubber reduces the transmission of vibration.

The silencer is placed between the end of the coil spring and spring seat. 
A maximum of one silencer per coil spring end which allows 2 discs per coil spring for a max of 20 mm per coil spring.

This Kit has the same construction characteristics and outstanding driving quality as our standard suspension kit.
Besides the optical effect it improves the angle of slope, the ground clearance and enables to fit larger wheels and tires.
The negative impact of the higher center of gravity is hardly noticeable due to the balanced tuning of the spring rate. It is recommended to fit longer shock absorbers.
We recommend our high performance shock absorber kit.

Due to the lifting you could hear technically harmless noises in the drive train at partial load range.
German TUV for 4 coil springs +40mm for Defender 130 including 2 rear inner springs.
Please note that these springs are very sensitive to weight distribution. You may need to fit 1 or 2 silencers/spacers 10 mm for height adjustment.
