The CargoBear crossbars for Land Rover New Defender are a versatile and durable solution for transporting your long work equipment or sports gear, including surfboards, skis, and kayaks. These crossbars provide a bearish rack that is significantly more solid than standard roof racks, without the need for a complete roof rack. The aluminium bracket with its stainless steel feet is easily attached using the sliding blocks supplied, which are pushed into the standard roof rail. CargoBear storage rack, interior shelf for New Defender, from BJ 2020, L663

The more space, the greater the temptation to simply put everything “quickly” somewhere. With a space monster like the new Defender 110 (from BJ 2020) this leads to chaos rather quickly. That's why we designed a small CargoBear tray. This additional, very generously dimensioned shelf area of approx. 860 x 525 mm can be loaded with approx. 50 kg and is therefore also intended for heavy equipment.

As with the CargoBear roof rack, the surface is made of robust, powder-coated perforated aluminium sheet. Raised edges, anti-slip surfaces and a large number of lashing points also make it very easy to secure your cargo. Incidentally, the angled construction of the side supports leaves a loading height of approx. 640 mm under the CargoBear shelf. This means that large objects such as boxes etc. can still be stowed away effortlessly.

When installing, it is sufficient to attach the mini bear to the existing attachment points of the trunk cover using the original screws. All you have to do is remove their hooks. Installation and dismantling are therefore a matter of minutes.
